Application For Inclusion Of Name
Where the name of a person is omitted from the Electoral Rolls published pursuant to Sub-section (2) of Section 3 or Section 13, and where such person desires to get his or her name included therein, he or she may make an application, along with the evidence, to the Enrollment Officer in the time as fixed by the Commission.
